Review of policy and literature.
Led by the Victorian Team, the study's state-based policy, industrial and research background will be established through a literature review and policy analysis in year 1 involving a review of academic and grey literature and state/territory and federal policies relating to OOF teaching, teacher workforce, and professional development. The literature and policy review will identify elements of the ecological framework’s Macrosystem and Chronosystem to inform interviews (Study 1) and the national survey (Study 2) to ascertain state-based factors and key informants relating to attitudes towards PE and generate ideas for ‘imagineering’ factors to take to the Delphi Study (Study 3).
